Mitch Erwin is a highly trained musician and has been teaching drums and percussion for over 20 years.  He began playing at the age of 11 and studied with the renowned Elden "Buster" Bailey of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra.  Throughout high school Mitch played in the school band, All-State Band, Bergen Youth Orchestra, and went on to play in various rock and jazz bands.  Mitch’s patience and ability to make learning fun for everyone are just a couple of his specialities.  He teaches many styles of music and
makes reading music fun.  You will learn the basics to get started and soon be
playing along to your favorite music.
